An exciting new menu, a few coats of paint and some well appointed décor have transformed the cozy dining rooms of this charming century brick into the first Bistro in Collingwood. Casual and comfortable, the First Street Bistro offers some classic European fare (Steak & Frites, Cassoulet) along with the ever-present House Signature dish, Veal Emincée with Rösti.

As always, the freshness of the product rules the day. Whether local asparagus, corn or berries; or Meaford's fabulous Bayview Organics veggies; or the day's catch from Collingwood's last commercial fisher - White's Fisheries, we are proud to support local food suppliers and fortunate to be able to offer their bounty to the dining public.
