I don't know how to thank you enough for the fabulous evening that was created for my sister's 60th birthday party.  It was so much fun sitting together to create the menu and then having some time to just imagine how wonderful the food was going to be.  Having Andi & Detlev here to prepare and serve all of the food and attend to every detail was magical.  The food presentation was so fabulous.  All of my guests were thrilled with the fact that they were all being treated like queens! 

This was the first time for me catering a dinner party and I know it will not be the last.  I was able to enjoy every little bit of the party as well as the afternoon hours when my guests arrived.  Thank you from all of the ladies!   J. Hazell  June 14/08
